Al-Farabi Kazakh National University is one of the most important institutions of research and at the same time a distinctive and distinguished learning environment for undergraduates and graduate students in many scholarly and professional fields in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It attempts to attract a diverse and international faculty and student body, to support research and teaching on global issues, and to create academic relationships with various foreign countries and regions. It expects all areas of the University to advance knowledge and learning at the highest level and to convey the products of its efforts to the world.

There are a number of decent opportunities for every student who is trying to gain powerful education in the university. The university holds one of the biggest and rich libraries among others in Kazakhstan. The museum of Abu Nasr Al-Farabi is the right place which is open for every guest in the library.

Kazakh national university is considered to be the town of students which provides its young scholars with comfortable dormitories. The university grants 14 large dormitories in which more than 5000 students are hosted.

The University offers an outstanding and comprehensive array of academic programs. Every year over 2000 students of KazNU take training and passing of language internships, and also scientific training in foreign establishments of science and education. The university annually organizes foreign business visits for more than 600 faculty members and the administrative staff of the university to the international conferences, meetings by invitations of foreign higher education institutions and organizations to the CIS countries, Europe, North and South America, the Middle East and Asia.

All things considered, as a Master student of this very institution I can claim with great confidence that the center offers its students a plenty of chances to study properly and become use of the growing modern world.
